During the course of my research, I have gathered information on many members of the Malseed family, both living and deceased.  Many people have contributed family history information.  It is my desire to treat such information confidentially.

This policy covers how I treat personal information that I collect and receive.  Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, phone number, or other information that is not otherwise publicly available.

I intend to display only names for living individuals in my own genealogy data base. For other family trees, I may do the same or cut off the data at about 100 years ago.  All other information, including dates, occupations, photos, documents and more, are stored in my databases, but not presented anywhere on this web site.

In the Records section where I present historical Irish records that I have collected, I am limiting those records to events prior to 1922 when Ireland was partitioned into the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

I do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose mailing lists or other similar information.
